Our journey to Warsaw began with a long train ride and a delicious dinner at a bustling food market. The next day, we attended a briefing at the Palace of Culture and Science, where diplomats introduced us to key topics for debate. The conference itself was intense and rewarding. We tackled issues like child trafficking, prison conditions, and historical conflicts, engaging in meaningful discussions and passing resolutions. During the general assembly, our team’s thoughtful questions even led to the cancellation of some proposals.
The experience culminated in a fantastic achievement—Eva Wray and Sophie Straus received Best Delegate awards. Beyond the debates, we explored the beautiful city of Warsaw, took part in an exciting escape room challenge, and indulged in plenty of ice cream. Overall, the trip was an unforgettable blend of learning, teamwork, and fun.
