This year’s event started off with the opening ceremony at Nová Radnice, with incredible guest speakers, including His Excellency Matt Field the British Ambasador to the Czech Republic, along with delegate speeches. Our Úvoz campus was transformed to host over 300 delegates and chairs engaged in debate over the next two days.
There were fruitful discussions accompanied by delicious catering and funny punishments, whilst the organisation team participated in Karaoke, Just Dance, and Tiktok-making around the campus to pass the time during debate sessions.
As debates raged on, friendships were formed in the bitter battlefields that are MUN events, while breaks offered moments of solace and peace for the delegates to better connect.
When Day 3 concluded, delegates enjoyed themselves at a social event at Mecca Club. Day 4 brought the delegates together for one last time as they finished up their debates and headed over to the closing ceremony, again, at the beautiful Nová Radnice (“Thanks BCC!” – Ms. Johnson).
