On Friday, May 23rd, we had an absolute blast at the Park Lane student film festival! It was a fun and cultural afternoon which provided guests with the opportunity to watch 31 amazing movies, make new friends, and enjoy yummy food and drinks together. Our guest speakers shared some inspiring thoughts that made the day even more special. It was awesome to see everyone come together to celebrate our love for film!
Even though not everyone took home a prize, it didn’t dim the excitement of our movie showcase! A big shout out to Archie for winning an award in the audience category! While Vojta didn’t win this time, we know he gave it his all. Let’s also give a huge high-five to our amazing Y10 crew—Šimon, Emiliia, Charles, Emilie, and Oliver! They rocked the 24-hour film challenge. All of them represented Park Lane with their fantastic films.
A big thank you to Mr. Amirouche and everyone who helped put this wonderful day together. We had so much fun that we can’t wait to do it all over again!
