Teams from Park Lane International School took part in the Prague Round of the World Scholar’s Cup, hosted at Prague British International School in January. Students competed in the Senior Division across a demanding programme that included the Scholar’s Challenge, Team Debate, Collaborative Writing, and the Scholar’s Bowl.

Across all teams, Park Lane students achieved a strong collection of medals and team awards, reflecting high levels of subject knowledge, analytical thinking, and collaboration. Several teams placed highly in overall rankings, debate, writing, and specialist challenge areas, demonstrating breadth as well as depth in performance.

As a result of these outcomes, multiple Park Lane teams have qualified for the World Scholar’s Cup Global Rounds, which bring together top-performing students from more than 60 countries worldwide. These events take place in international host cities throughout the year and offer a pathway to the Tournament of Champions at Yale University.

The Prague Round results highlight the commitment, resilience, and academic curiosity shown by all participating students. Congratulations to everyone involved, and in particular to those progressing to the Global Round.
