Marcela Joglová

PE Teacher

I am very grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Park Lane International School Physical Education Department. I am an active professional athlete coming from a sports background and understand the importance of working together in a team and setting out towards a common goal. My current passion  is marathon and I train daily. On the other hand I love to be surrounded by children and I am very happy to see them in our PE lessons where they share happiness and enthusiasm. I feel blessed for having the chance to have an influence on our young generation and help them to improve their fundamental movement skills and see their overall growth.

I love sharing my experience from other sports which I have tried and pass these onto them. I believe that sport can influence everybody and can help children with their daily routines, improve their physical health, mental health and improve their overall balance and harmony in their lives.  It is not important to me the sporting activity they will keep or choose, I honestly believe that any sport can help them to improve their quality of life, keep the rules, have respect to others and to the authorities, feel fair play and also being humble. Having fun and securing a positive access to activities that the children can keep for the rest of their lives is very important for this age group.

I studied Physical Education at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Prague and also the School for Paramedical staff.  I have done a number of sport camps with children and I am looking forward to continuing with the same in the future. I love nature and any physical activity which I can share with like minded people.
