The week beginning 9th February, our entire school community came together to celebrate Safer Internet Day, perfectly integrated into our broader Mental Health Week activities. Recognising that a healthy mind and a safe digital life go hand-in-hand, every class from Year 1 to Year 6 participated in meaningful discussions about their online footprints and emotional wellbeing.

The festivities culminated in an interactive, school-wide quiz that put our pupils’ knowledge to the test. From identifying secure passwords to understanding the importance of “stopping and thinking” before posting, the children tackled every aspect of online safety with enthusiasm.

It was brilliant to see our older students mentoring the younger ones, sharing tips on how to keep the internet a kind and secure space for everyone. By fostering these habits early, we are ensuring our pupils remain safe, savvy, and supported in an increasingly digital world.
