Last Saturday, More than 30 stalls filled the venue, offering a range of food, drinks, jewellery, gifts, books, plants, and ceramics. The market provided the perfect opportunity to find thoughtful Christmas presents while supporting local makers and student initiatives, such as the Student Council stall with a raffle that raised over 6,000 Kč. (funds will go to charities Ježíškova vnoučata and DEJME DĚTEM ŠANCI o.p.s
The Park Lane’s PSA stall raised an incredible 47,800 Kč for the school’s charity project in Zambia. So, thank you all for stopping by for a delicious hot wine and / or “Vánočka”.
The Winter Market also showcased the talent of our school’s performers. The audience enjoyed a wonderful lineup of Primary choirs and Secondary school bands, as well as the teacher band Midlife Crisis, whose energy and humour had everyone singing along.
