Park Lane Secondary students represented the school at two major sporting events over the weekend: an international football tournament in Barcelona and a local cross-country competition.
In Barcelona, 46 students across three teams gained valuable international experience, with the Under-15 boys’ team bringing home a trophy. The tournament gave students a fantastic opportunity to compete abroad, develop as teams, and represent the school on an international stage.
Closer to home, Oliver N. won the KS3 boys’ cross-country race, while all four Park Lane boys finished in the top eight. Park Lane students also achieved seventh and eleventh places in the KS3 girls’ race and fifth place in the Year 10 race.
Across both events, students demonstrated outstanding determination, teamwork, and resilience.
Congratulations to everyone who represented Park Lane, and a big thank you to the coaches, staff, and families who supported them!
