Felipe Ibar

Pre-Nursery Teaching Partner

Originally from Chile, I grew up deeply involved in sports. Inspired by great coaches, I developed a strong passion for sport and for helping others through coaching and education. My degree in Physical Training and Fitness Education shapes how I support students both in the classroom and through sport.

I have built my professional experience across Australia, Canada, and Chile. During my time in Sydney, I worked as a sports instructor and student support at St Aloysius’ College, as well as with different football academies. These experiences have allowed me to develop a student-centred approach focused on building confidence and encouraging curiosity.

Supporting students is a core part of who I am, and I aim to create an environment where they feel confident to explore, learn, and grow both in the classroom and through activities. I believe that sport and education together play an important role in developing not only skills, but also confidence, teamwork, and the ability to overcome challenges.

I am very excited to be part of the Park Lane International School community and look forward to contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.

Outside of school, my passion for sport continues. You’ll often find me playing football or swimming, enjoying long walks in nature, or capturing moments through photography
