I am an Irish Mathematics teacher with a passion for Travel, Photography, Music and Natural History. I have taught Mathematics in the Isle of Man for 3.5 years, Bangkok (where my son was born) for 13 years, Bratislava for 5 years and now Prague. Among my proudest and most satisfying achievements are playing bass in various hard rock bands locally in my younger years, achieving my Advanced diving and Level1 free diving certifications, winning one of the annual Wanderlust magazine travel photography competitions and completing a couple of long distance Himalayan treks in Nepal. I fell in love with Prague during frequent short trips in my mid-twenties, so it is a thrill to now be living and working in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
One of the great things about teaching the language of the universe is fostering a satisfaction for analytical problem solving and an appreciation for the power and beauty of Mathematics… step by baby step of course!
