Originally from Fairfield, Connecticut, USA, I grew up playing a variety of sports and built confidence, friendships and identity through athletics and competition. I played sports throughout my school years and went on to earn my Bachelor’s in Business at Marist University while playing Division I lacrosse. I developed a love for coaching and teaching while in university, working my summers as a camp counselor and coach for youth camps. Over the last decade, my love for movement has taken me from collegiate coaching at Columbia University to competing and coaching on the international stage with the Czech National Lacrosse Team.
After spending 4 years at Columbia, I returned to Prague in 2025 to continue developing Czech Women’s Lacrosse while simultaneously returning to teaching as a Specialist Coach in Czech public schools for the Trenéři ve škole organization. My philosophy in physical education is all about active learning, enthusiasm for movement, and building confidence through trial and play. I aim to create an inclusive environment where students feel inspired to take risks, learn new skills, and discover the joy of staying active.
In my spare time, you’ll usually find me outdoors—whether that’s on the field coaching, hiking, surfing, snowboarding, or practising yoga. I also love art, live music, café-hopping, and discovering new cultures through travel. I can’t wait to share my passion for health and sport with the Park Lane community!
