Year 5 Planetum Trip: Exploring Deep Space

Year 5 pupils visited the Planetum planetarium to watch the show Voyager – version 2.0. Sitting under the big dome screen, they followed the story of the twin Voyager space probes as they traveled past distant planets and out into deep space. The pupils loved learning about how the spacecraft work and the special golden records they carry. It was a good trip that brought their science lessons to life and sparked lots of great questions!
