Zuzana Bönisch, second place winner of the 2024 Czech Press Photo (portrait category) and personal photographer to President Petr Pavel—visited Park Lane as part of Careers Day and spoke to our Year 8 and 9 students. She shared her diverse career path, from aspiring pianist to studying political science and production at FAMU, where she found her calling in photography.
Zuzana offered valuable advice on career choices and preparation, highlighting the personal and professional traits needed in her field. She also gave insight into the behind-the-scenes world of a professional photographer.
Students viewed her work, learned about her creative process, and enthusiastically engaged in a Q&A session. Her inspiring talk sparked great interest across the group.
