CAS students at the IB Centre recently took part in an engaging discussion about volunteering, community involvement, and the impact students can have beyond the classroom. During the session, we were pleased to welcome guest speakers Aneta and Christy from Friendship Prague, who introduced students to the work of their organisation and the ways young people can contribute to supporting local communities.
The presentation highlighted opportunities for students to get involved through volunteering initiatives and fundraising activities, encouraging them to use their creativity, energy, and compassion to make a meaningful difference. The visit also sparked thoughtful conversations about how CAS projects can connect students with real community needs and foster long-term engagement.
