Recently Year 4 has completed their Ancient Egypt topic and as a memento to keep every pupil designed their own name Cartouches in ICT. We used TinkerCAD – an online 3D design tool where we could import each letter and put together our own name tags using hieroglyphs. The last task was to 3D print them using our Creality Ender 3 printers. We took this opportunity to learn about how the 3D printers work and how we get the digital file from the MacBooks onto the 3D printers. Below you can find pictures of the final products.
