For our 2nd round in Aquathlon with Y5 – Y9 classes we went with 17 students on Tuesday 5th of October to Aquacentrum Šutka where we swam 2 x 25 m.
After swimming part where we took two 1st places we moved to Čimický háj where Year 5 and 6 athletes ran 500 meters and Year 7, 8 and 9 ran 1000 meters. Running part was a tough competition where Daniela B. absolutely dominated and won a gold medal for us in her category (Girls Year 7, 8).
After two rounds we are currently standing on the second place with 274 points in school ranking. I am very proud of all our athletes, they tried their best, fought hard and I am already looking forward to round number 3, which will take a place on 22nd of October in Hloubětín.
I am so proud of our students and I hope that they enjoyed the competition !
