Last Friday in PSHEE, students from Y12 had a finance lecture led by Ms.Oldřiška Blujová, a finance manager who has worked for companies such as Tesco, and currently works with Rohlik providing business and finance management for them. She gave students valuable insight into the path of her current career, which did not necessarily follow the traditional school and university route. The focus then shifted onto what makes a good work environment and the responsibility of individuals to ensure that it is a positive and balanced culture. The students were then able to gain an insight into what a typical workday might be like in the finance office of a developing company.
