Thank you to the parents who attended the workshop held at our Úvoz site last Tuesday. The break out sessions which covered Barriers To Boys’ Achievement, Parenting Styles: How To Motivate Your Child, Supporting Your Child Through Their Exams, Empty nest? How To Cope With Your Child Leaving Home, Covid: The Scientific Evidence For How It Is STILL Affecting Our Students and Social Media Influencers (the Andrew Tate debate) led to interesting comments and discussions.
Thank you especially to those who ran a break out session or contributed to the panel session; Dr Charlotte, Ms Warne, Mr Gibbons, Mrs Sutherland, Mr Trevor, Mrs Brandwood and Dr Martell.
The presented materials and other resources will be collated and made available. Additionally given the impressive turn out we will be looking to run similar and related sessions later in the year.
