Originally from Ukraine, I lived, studied and worked in the city of Lviv for the last 16 years. I moved to Prague 2 years ago to join my husband and son who live here.
I studied at the Ivan Franko University of Lviv and obtained three degrees in the field of preschool education and pedagogy, children’s psychology, speech therapy, and in Ukrainian language & literature and history for teacher practice.
Working with children motivates me and inspires me, which is why I have spent my whole working life (approximately 14 years now) working with children – in preschools or on several projects regarding preschool education and learning about approaches to support children with special educational needs.
Before I moved to the Czech Republic, I worked as a kindergarten director for the past 5 years and as a methodologist in preschool education at the Department of Education of the city of Lviv.
Regarding the constant development of the education and learning methods, I believe that it is very important to educate myself on a regular basis. I have taken part in various projects, webinars and seminars. I am also a certified trainer so I have led several projects and workshops by myself. I have my own author’s work and methods of working with children of preschool age.
I am very happy to be part of the Park Lane community and having the opportunity to work with other members of the school team. I appreciate their professional and friendly support. I can’t wait to learn something new and interesting each day!
In my free time, I like to swim, read, and also practice new opportunities in working with children.
