This year’s PLISMUN, our 6th conference, was the largest our school has organised. Hosted at our new IB campus, we welcomed 203 guests, had over 50 Park Lane organizers working to support and facilitate the event, and welcomed 8 delegations from over 25 nationalities.
The delegates enthusiastically discussed topics which included women’s reproductive rights, the south china sea conflict, and cryptocurrencies. Students in every year group contributed, from y7 to y13 and all of the hard work that took place over the past few months paid off, to make the event a real success. A big thank you should also go to the secretariat and all members of the planning and organising team, including Mr. Alex Anea (MUN Director) and Ms. Carley Johnson (MUN Coordinator) for their ongoing commitment to such an important and valuable extracurricular venture.
