In PSHEE next week students from Y12 will have a special workshop led by Prague Pride.
“During discussions, trained lecturers will sensitively discuss with the pupils the topics of sexual orientation, self-acceptance and acceptance of otherness as well as the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV/AIDS.
The project suitably supplements the Framework Education Programme, acts as a prevention tool for bullying and covers topics that pupils otherwise may not have the opportunity to discuss. The debates are mainly focused on the motivation of the pupils, their questions and their perception, on the basis of which the guest provides more detailed information and his experiences. ” (Prague Pride, 2021)
