Year 3 have had a very exciting start to the Summer term. We have begun our new topic studying the Rainforest – kicking off our term with a visit to the Butterfly gardens. We saw so many wonderful plants and butterflies, with some even landing on us.
In lessons we are fully immersing ourselves in the Rainforest – from sketching flowers, leaves and cacti in art, to discovering our own new animals, beginning to write non-chronological reports and exploring where in the world Rainforests are! We are really enjoying linking all of our lessons to our new topic!
