Mr David Vencl, currently a top athlete, lecturer, motivational speaker and educator who for fifteen years taught mostly 2nd grade math and physical education, will come to Park Lane at Norbertov to speak about hardening on Friday, January 19th 2024 from 9.00 until 10:00. The main goal of the lecture entitled “The Road to a World Record” is to motivate students to exercise/sport and show them how to find their motivation and set appropriate goals.The interactive lecture includes not only telling the story of how David achieved world records in extreme sports, but also ecology, applied mathematics, i.e. physics, physiology, anatomy and more.
David explains: “I recommend focusing primarily on health and motivation for healthy exercise, hardiness, relationship with nature, ecology and responsibility for oneself and one’s health”.
