We are seeking an outstanding and collaborative leader to join our Secondary Leadership Team as Head of Middle School (Years 7–9). Reporting to the Head of Secondary School, the successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership of our Key Stage 3 programme and students. They will set high expectations for learning, and ensure that our programme and approach is a strong foundation for progression into Key Stages 4 and 5. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting students as they explore post-secondary education and career pathways.
